Pool Information

The Newberry Pool Association is a separate association between the Newberry HOA and Newberry Commons.

The pool is now open.  In order to access the pool, residents need to be current with their HOA dues.  The HOA provides a list of all current homeowners to the pool association at the end of each month. All delinquent properties are de-activated each year.

Please note:
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.  No exceptions. This a a safety and liability issue.

All pool guests must be accompanied by a Newberry Homeowner Assoc or Newberry Commons resident at all times.

New for the 2011 pool season we have a new pass key card reader system. We will also have key readers at both entrances. All residents will need to turn in their current pool card to obtain the new card. There will be no charge for this exchange.

If you need a new card (due to lost card or new resident) the original key charge of $10 will apply. If you do not have your new key card or have any pool questions please contact Jordan at 913-648-1500 ext 126 or email mary@cmckc.com.
