The 2012 annual meeting is tentatively set for January 12, 2012. Location and time will be mailed with annual dues invoice and delivered over the holiday break.
Annual notices, including proxy votes and annual dues statements, were mailed out over the holidays to each homeowner resident. If you are a renter please pass this letter onto the registered homeowner.
There is one open board member position available for a 2 yr term and one position for a 3 yr term. All candidates must be current on all HOA dues. If you have not paid your 2011-12 dues or have any balance you can pay at the meeting.
