GREAT NEWS! !  Dues for 2012 will be
 $100 if postmarked by 2/15/2012.

After that, the regular $145 annual dues will apply. If there is a balance due, payments will first be applied toward outstanding amounts, including interest, prior to applying to the $100.  Dues can be mailed to:  PO Box 1554; Lees Summit, MO  64063 or pay via this website using PayPal (includes additional $4.68 processing fee).

Per the HOA bylaws annual dues are due on Jan 1st of each year.
Interest and late fees are assessed starting March 1st of each year.
