2nd Annual Christmas House Decoration Contest Winners

Congratulations to the Ault Family on Dalton Circle, our homeowner winner this year in the HOA 2nd annual Christmas House Decoration contest!  The received a $50 gift card. 
2nd and 3rd places were respectively and both received $25 gift cards. Thanks to everyone that participated. The neighborhood looked great

As reminder with the recent hail storm, please contact Dave Estes with ARB board to get approval for any outside painting, roofing, repairs, etc. PRIOR to when any repairs start to be sure you are in compliance with the HOA bylaws. Thank you!
